4th of July cards

I made this series of cards for Operation Write Home. I used the One Sheet Wonder template contained in the new Wishes book. It's great and super easy! The paper is from my stash and the stamps are all Studio G. The template made two of each of these cards.

PBS Kids Sprout Birthday card

PBS Kids Sprout is a channel devoted to preschoolers. They show birthday cards every day. Friday was my son's second birthday and his card made it on the air! I'm super proud.

I used Sesame Street Font and Sesame Street Friends. The clouds are from Create-A-Critter and the balloon is from George (I think).

Thank you cards

My parents gave my two year old a Radio Flyer trike for his birthday. I used the B is for Boy Cricut Lite cartridge to make the perfect thank you card.

My sister is giving him the Little Tykes coupe so I also used the B is for Boy cart on her thank you. Both images were cut at 3" and I used paper from my stash for the backgrounds. The Thanks stamp is a Studio G.

Cinderella cards

I

got these glitter shoes in a 79 cent box of chipboard shapes at Tuesday Morning. I bought the box for the glittery crowns but thought these shoes could make a cute card. I needed more so I used the shoe on Gypsy Wanderings and cut them out of mirrored cardstock. Found the matching paper at my LSS and borrowed the perfect Impression Obsession stamp from my best friend. I used Martha Stewart's punch around the page loops and double loops for the background.

Autism card

I participated in the autism challenge on the Cricut message board (back in April but better late than never) and created the following card. It's an A2 card. I ran the pink base through the cuttlebug hearts folder. I just cut the white piece and edged it with a silver metallic marker. The puzzle pieces (the autism symbol) are cut from Don Juan. I sandwiched the silver glitter paper between the base and the heart cut out to give it sparkle. Thanks for looking!

Father's Day Gift Bags

Here are some Father's Day Gift Bags I made using the new Cricut Lite carts. They are all cut at 5"

I ended up having extra stars from the airplane and used them on the sailboat. One thing to note, the sailboat needs a lighter colored layer than the second layer to make the windows work. In this case, I used white as the base and black for the second layer.

These are super easy to use!

Engagement party stuff.

I made the gift bag and these two cards for my sister's engagement party using the wedding cuts on Potpourri Basket.

For the gift bag, I cut the wedding rings at 5 1/2" then I used my craft knife to slice away the second ring. I cut the gold overlay out of mirrored cardstock and used my Best Occasions prismatic paper from Walmart to cut the stone using my craft knife again.

For the card, I did the same as above for the ring (cut at 3 1/2"). The base of the card is 6x6. The brown layer is 5 3/4 x5 3/4 and the pink is 5 1/2 by 5 1/2. I cuttlebugged the pink layer then heat embossed it using Versamark and sparkly embossing powder. The ribbon and the stamp are from my stash.

The second card layering is the same and I cut the champagne flutes from silver mirrored cardstock at 3" and again fussy cut the prismatic paper to look like champagne.

I also made these package toppers and envelope seals using the George cartridge (the "R" square--then I ended up using my corner rounder!). The stamp is from Stampin Up. I colored the rings with a gold metallic pen and used stickles on the stone.

Thanks for looking! Hope she likes it.
